What I collect

When you apply for a strategy session I collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website, country, industry, ad budget range, main goal and anything you write about your challenges. When you book a time, Calendly processes your booking under its own privacy policy.

How I use it

Only to prepare for and hold your strategy session, to follow up about your enquiry by email, phone or WhatsApp, and to keep a record of enquiries. I never sell or rent your information.

Where it is stored

Applications are stored securely on this website's hosting server and sent to my business email. Calendly stores booking details. Information is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work we do together, then deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to run analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel. These tools may set cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the results of ads. They never receive the details you type into the application form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Email heymubeenkhan@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days.
