Meta Ads consultant for Facebook and Instagram Facebook ads that pay for themselves.
I plan, build and run Meta ad campaigns for business owners who need leads, bookings or sales they can count, not likes and reach.

The short answer
Mubeen Khan is a Meta Ads consultant who plans, builds and manages Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for businesses in the United States, the UAE, Australia and New Zealand. He has managed more than $5M in ad spend. One e-commerce account returned 7.58x ROAS on $322,897 of Meta spend, and a US webinar funnel bought leads from $4.31. Work starts with a free strategy session that includes an audit of your ad account.

What a Meta Ads consultant actually does
A Meta Ads consultant is a specialist who runs your Facebook and Instagram advertising and is accountable for the commercial result: cost per lead, cost per purchase, return on ad spend and, in the end, revenue. Boosting posts is not the job. The job is to connect the right offer to the right audience, measure every conversion correctly, and move budget to whatever is working this week.
When you hire me, you get one senior person on your account instead of a junior account manager. I set up the campaigns myself, read the numbers myself and talk to you directly.
- Ad account audit: structure, audiences, creative fatigue, wasted spend
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API set up so purchases and leads are counted accurately
- Offer and funnel review, because most "ad problems" start on the landing page
- Campaign build for sales, leads, WhatsApp, Messenger or calls
- Creative strategy: angles, hooks and copy, with visuals briefed to your team or designer
- Weekly optimisation and a plain-English report on what changed and why

How I run a Meta Ads account
- Audit and tracking firstBefore spending more, I check what the pixel and Conversions API are actually reporting against your real sales or CRM. Bad data makes Meta optimise for the wrong people.
- Fix the offer and the funnelThe ad only earns the click. I review the landing page, lead form or WhatsApp flow so the click turns into a customer.
- Test creative, not just audiencesBroad targeting does most of the work now, so creative is the lever. I test angles and hooks in a structured way and keep the winners running.
- Scale with structureBudget moves to proven ad sets in steps, with clear rules for when to cut, hold or scale, so performance does not collapse when spend goes up.
- Report in business numbersYou get cost per lead, cost per sale and revenue in a weekly report, plus a call when something important changes.
Consultant, agency or in-house hire?
All three can work. The right choice depends on your budget, how fast you need results, and who will make decisions.
| Option | Best when | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Independent consultant | You want senior hands on the account and direct access to the person doing the work | Capacity is limited, so good consultants keep a small client list |
| Agency | You need a big team covering design, video, SEO and ads together | Senior people pitch, junior people often run the account |
| In-house hire | Ad spend is large and steady enough to justify a full-time salary | Months to hire and train, and one person rarely sees many accounts |
A common setup with my clients is a hybrid: I build the system and run the ads, and the in-house team handles content and sales follow-up.
What Meta Ads management costs
Two costs matter: what you pay Meta for ads, and what you pay for management. Most of my clients spend at least $3,000 a month (around AED 11,000) on ads, because below that it is hard to collect enough data to optimise. Local businesses such as restaurants can start lower. Management fees are agreed after the strategy session, once I know the scope: number of campaigns, markets, funnels and how much creative support you need.

Meta Ads questions
How much should I spend on Facebook and Instagram ads?
Most businesses I work with spend at least $3,000 a month on Meta ads so campaigns get enough conversions to learn. Local businesses such as restaurants can start from around AED 5,000 (about $1,400) a month. The right number depends on your average order value and how many sales you need to break even.
How long do Meta ads take to work?
Tracking fixes and the first tests usually go live in the first two weeks. Most accounts show clear movement in cost per lead or ROAS within 30 to 60 days, and scaling starts from month three. Anyone promising guaranteed results in week one is guessing.
Can you work with my business if I am in the US, Australia or New Zealand?
Yes. I am based in Dubai and work remotely with clients in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Calls are scheduled in your time zone and the account runs on your local currency and reporting.
Will I keep ownership of my ad account?
Yes. You keep full ownership of your Business Manager, ad account, pixel and data. I get partner access, and you can remove it at any time.
Do I need the Conversions API?
In most cases, yes. Browser tracking misses a large share of conversions because of iOS privacy changes and ad blockers. The Conversions API sends events from your server or platform, which gives Meta better data to optimise on.
Do you also run Google Ads?
Yes. Many clients run both. Meta creates demand from people who were not searching yet, and Google Ads captures people who are already searching. See the Google Ads consultant page for how I run search campaigns.
