The short answer

A sales funnel is the path from an ad to a sale: the ad, a landing page with one clear offer, a form, WhatsApp chat or booking step, and the follow-up that turns the lead into a customer. Mubeen Khan builds funnels for businesses running Meta and Google Ads, including lead funnels, webinar funnels and appointment funnels, with tracking and automated follow-up included. He has built 20+ funnels; one webinar funnel bought US and Canada leads from $4.31.

What a sales funnel includes

Most businesses that "need more leads" already get clicks. The leak is usually after the click: a slow homepage instead of a focused page, a form with too many fields, or a lead that nobody contacts for a day. A funnel fixes the whole path, not just the ad.

The five steps of a paid-traffic funnel. Tracking sits under every step, so you see exactly where people drop out.
  • The ad and the offer: one promise, matched to the audience
  • A landing page with one goal, fast on mobile, with proof and answers to the obvious questions
  • The conversion step: a short form, a WhatsApp chat, a calendar booking or a checkout
  • Instant follow-up by SMS, WhatsApp or email, plus reminders before calls
  • Tracking of every step in GA4, Meta and Google Ads, so budget follows real customers

Funnels I build

Lead generation funnels

A landing page and form for services such as clinics, education, real estate and professional services, with qualifying questions so sales calls go to people who can buy.

Webinar and event funnels

Registration page, confirmation and reminder sequence, and replay follow-up. For one US and Canada webinar funnel, $78,949 of Meta spend across 126 campaigns bought registrations from $4.31 to $19.06.

WhatsApp funnels

Click-to-WhatsApp ads that open a chat with a ready-made question, then an automated or human reply that qualifies the lead. This is how one Dubai education institute generated 69,667 WhatsApp leads at AED 1.41.

Appointment and booking funnels

A page that sells the consultation, a calendar booking step, reminders and no-show follow-up. A UK and US healthcare brand grew revenue 76% after its Meta Ads and automated booking funnel went live.

E-commerce funnels

Product and offer pages, abandoned-cart follow-up and post-purchase offers for online stores. See e-commerce and Shopify ads.

How a funnel project runs

  1. Audit the current pathI click your ads like a customer, time the follow-up and read your numbers to find where people drop out.
  2. Plan the offer and pagesYou get a one-page plan: the offer, the page outline, the form or booking step and the follow-up messages.
  3. Write and buildI write the copy and build the pages in GoHighLevel, Shopify, WordPress or your existing stack, mobile first.
  4. Connect tracking and follow-upGA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversions, CRM pipeline and instant replies, tested end to end.
  5. Launch and improveWe run traffic, read conversion rate and cost per booked call or sale each week, and test one change at a time.

Funnel builder or landing page designer?

A designer makes a page look good. A funnel builder is judged on what happens after the click. Because I also run the Meta and Google campaigns, the page, the ad and the follow-up are planned together and measured on the same number.

Who a sales funnel is a fit for

  • Businesses already running or ready to run paid ads
  • Services that sell through calls, consultations or appointments
  • Coaches, course creators and webinar hosts
  • Online stores whose ads get clicks but not enough sales

If you have no proven offer yet, we start with the offer and a simple test page before building a full funnel.

Sales funnel questions

What is a sales funnel?

A sales funnel is the series of steps a buyer takes from first seeing your ad to paying you: the ad, a landing page, a form, chat or booking step, and the follow-up that closes the sale. Building it as one system makes each step easier to measure and improve.

How much does a sales funnel cost?

It depends on the number of pages, the follow-up sequence and the integrations. A single landing page with a form is a small project; a webinar funnel with reminders and CRM automation is larger. I quote after the free strategy session once the scope is clear.

Which platform do you build funnels on?

Usually GoHighLevel, because pages, forms, calendar, CRM and follow-up live in one place. I also build on Shopify for stores and on WordPress or your existing site when that is the better fit.

How long does it take to build a funnel?

A landing page and form usually go live within one to two weeks. A full webinar or booking funnel with follow-up and tracking usually takes two to four weeks including testing.

Do I need a funnel if I already have a website?

Usually yes for paid traffic. A website serves many visitors with many goals, while a funnel page has one offer and one action. That focus normally lowers cost per lead.

Do you also run the ads?

Yes. I run Meta and Google Ads for most funnel clients, so the ad, page and follow-up are planned and measured together.

Stop paying for clicks that go nowhere.
