The short answer
Social media management covers planning, creating and posting content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, replying to comments and messages, and reporting on results. Mubeen Khan manages social media as part of a performance system: organic posts build trust and test ideas, the best posts are boosted or turned into ads, and every month is measured on enquiries and sales. One founder page he worked on reached 18.9M people a month, up 31.6%.

What social media management includes
Posting regularly is the easy part. What most businesses miss is the link between content and sales: knowing which posts start conversations, which ones are worth paying to show to more people, and replying fast enough that interest turns into an enquiry.

- A monthly content plan around your offers, seasons and questions customers ask
- Posts, carousels, Reels and Stories, written and designed for each platform
- Scheduling and publishing on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Replies to comments and direct messages, with hot leads passed to your team
- Boosting the best posts and turning them into ads
- A monthly report on reach, enquiries, leads and sales
Platforms I manage
Instagram and Facebook
The main channels for restaurants, retail, clinics, education and most consumer brands, especially in the UAE where many customers message before they buy.
For founders and B2B services, a personal profile posting useful, specific ideas usually outperforms a company page. I plan and write posts in your voice.
Short video
Reels and short videos planned around one hook each. For one Dubai momo restaurant chain, video campaigns delivered 28,344 ThruPlays at AED 0.01 each.

In the UAE, paid or sponsored social media promotion, including work with influencers, has required an Advertiser Permit from the UAE Media Council since 1 February 2026. I check permits before any paid creator collaboration; confirm your own case with the official portal.

Social media management questions
What does a social media manager do?
A social media manager plans content, creates or coordinates posts and videos, publishes them, replies to comments and messages, and reports on results. In my service, the best posts are also boosted or turned into ads so content contributes to leads and sales.
How many posts per week do I need?
Consistency matters more than volume. Three to five good posts a week plus Stories works for most businesses. A smaller number of strong posts beats daily posts nobody engages with.
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on the number of platforms, posts per month and how much video is involved. I quote after the free strategy session once the scope is clear; ad spend for boosting is separate and paid directly to Meta.
Do you create the content or do I?
I plan and write the content and produce designs and short videos. Photos and clips from your business help a lot, so I give you a simple shot list each month.
Is organic social media enough without ads?
For most businesses, organic reach alone is slow. Organic content builds trust and shows which ideas work; ads take the winning ideas to the right people at scale.
Do you manage LinkedIn for founders?
Yes. I plan and write LinkedIn posts in the founder's voice, focused on specific lessons and results, which tends to bring better enquiries than generic company posts.
